Opinion Estonia Panel - Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Opinion Estonia Panel (hereinafter “Panel”) is managed by Tarbijauuringute Instituut OÜ (hereinafter “Company”). 1.2. By joining the Panel, the user (hereinafter “Panelist”) agrees to these Terms and Conditions. 1.3. The Panel is a voluntary community of individuals who agree to participate in market research surveys.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1. Membership is open to individuals who are at least 16 years old and reside in Estonia. 2.2. Employees of the Company and their immediate family members are not eligible to join. 2.3. Each individual may have only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination.

3. Participation in Surveys

3.1. Panelists will receive survey invitations via email or through the Panel portal. 3.2. Participation is completely voluntary. There is no obligation to participate in any specific survey. 3.3. Panelists agree to provide honest, accurate, and thoughtful answers. 3.4. The Company reserves the right to disqualify answers that are deemed low quality (e.g., speeding, gibberish answers, inconsistent data).

4. Rewards and Incentives

4.1. Panelists earn points or direct monetary rewards for successfully completing surveys. 4.2. The reward amount varies depending on the length and complexity of the survey. This amount is clearly stated in the invitation. 4.3. Points can be redeemed for: * PayPal transfers * Amazon Gift Cards * Charitable donations 4.4. Rewards are processed within 30 days of redemption request.

5. Data Privacy

5.1. The Company strictly adheres to GDPR regulations. 5.2. Personal data is collected solely for the purpose of market research and profiling for survey matching. 5.3. Survey responses are analyzed in an anonymized and aggregated form. Personal identities are never linked to specific answers in reports shared with clients without explicit consent. 5.4. Panelists can request the deletion of their data and account at any time.

6. Termination

6.1. Panelists may leave the Panel at any time by using the “Unsubscribe” link in emails or contacting support. 6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate a Panelist’s account for: * Violation of these Terms. * Inactivity for more than 12 months. * Fraudulent behavior (e.g., multiple accounts, automated scripts).

7. Changes to Terms

7.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. 7.2. Significant changes will be communicated to Panelists via email or a notice on the portal.
